About us

Anna and her husband, McKennon, are the heart behind our training program. As parents to two boys, three dogs, and a cat of their own, they understand firsthand the importance of a well-balanced, well-behaved family dog. Anna grew up surrounded by and showing dogs. Anna was an AKC handler for six years and has always had a natural connection with dogs, making this work both a passion and a calling.

Together, Anna and McKennon created a board-and-train experience rooted in real life. Based in Littleton, their program offers something truly unique—dogs are safely guided through everyday urban environments, building confidence, reliability, and good manners in the settings they’ll experience most.

Our training programs

Puppy socialization

Give your puppy the best start with early socialization and basic manners. Learn about proper play, house training, and essential commands.

Basic obedience

Master core commands like sit, stay, come, and leash walking. Build a strong communication foundation with your dog for everyday success.

Advanced obedience

Take your dog's skills to the next level with off-leash control, advanced commands, and distractions training. Perfect for confident handlers.

Stay & Play

This program is thoughtfully created for puppies who have just been weaned, helping them make a smooth and supportive transition into family life. Personalized to each families needs. *includes one private lesson.

Private lessons

Receive one-on-one training customized to your dog's needs and your schedule, allowing for focused attention and rapid progress.

Group classes - Puppy Kindergarten

Join our fun and interactive group classes to practice skills, learning alongside other dog owners. In partner with Balance Canine, we will be sure to get your puppy off on the right foot!
